The Coin Operation: The Sanctum of Scaleborn
For the second part of The coin operation quest where you have to collect the 20 scrolls are all around this room on little ledges. You will have to look up high on these ledges and target the vase and use some ranged weapon or spell to destroy the vase. The scrolls will then fall to the ground. The vases you destroy at the Mouth of the Sanctum drop the scrolls in the buckets below them.
