3 Named Evil Eyes, (55 Epic X3) in the area BELOW the transporter room. To get here go out and through the door on the wall in the first east west hallway... Borxx health about 600k, group-heals the others, other two health about 28k, mostly crushing dmg 200-2k. DPS about 1k+200 per add. Very rare spawn, in one year, I've seen them up exactly once. They dropped the quest item for level 4 of Obelisk of Lost souls (the goblin quest, List of Acquisitions..), several rares, tramsmutable items in level range 46-50. As of 12/2012, drops do not seem to be current, have no stamina or blue stats, the Velvet Blouse looks nice on a female toon.
