This is the final boss mob of the zone. Becomes attackable after killing the gargoyles. Stay close to the wall behind him as the room will pop continuous skeletons.
Drops class set wrist in the regular EOF version of the zone.
In the Fabled versions of the zone you can smack him to get him to 'shut up and fight' and progress to the actual fighting.
