Examine family portrait here (if its not up, wait for one of the servants to place it there) to get 'a family portrait' to show up at 60.47, 15.12, -77.09 (floor 2). Head to that location after and examine that family portrait to start the quest 'A Portrait of Destiny'. This step can't be skipped if you want to start the quest
