If you fly into the Prophets Point on the carpet, and head running towards the Needle (big rock with a hole in it), run around to the back of it, the place to climb up is by 2 camps of Harpy. Have Call for help up so you can jump up onto the climb spot, there will be a camp of Harpy up there too so, either fight / feign / safefall off / escape out, or just be ready for a lot of HP to be gone, as getting onto the wall doesnt clear Harpy hate.
